Sales Manager

Beni Suef, Egypt

Winverter main business is water pump inverter solution.
Sales managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.


  •                       Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  •                   Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

  •                     Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  •  Strong program management skillset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  •                   Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

  •                   Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI s and targets and provide reporting as required.

  •                   Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  •   Excels at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market.


  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  •  Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market.

  •  Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.



Must Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in engineering, operations research, mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines.

  •  +15 years' experience.

  •  3-5 years of experience in similar position.

  •  Professional experience in direct sales of high added value products & services.

  • Working under stress.

  • Strong verbal, written and speaking Arabic and English.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.

  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong business sense in managing corporate accounts.

  •      High level of presentation skills.

  •      Able to analyze and interpret data.
