Senior Sales Engineer
As the Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll be key to championing solution-based business development opportunities for some of our largest and most important customers. This means we’ll depend on you to use your creativity and expertise to transform ambiguous and often complex opportunities into significant deals.
In this role, you’ll also support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers and the regional sales force, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process. If you enjoy challenging projects, using new technologies to reach strategic business goals, and leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit, then this is the role for you!
Good experience in water Pump.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements, and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections)
Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Monitor a team of sales representatives.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition situation.
Participate in the tenders.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Represent the company, products, and services to new clients in meetings and conferences.
B.Sc OF Engineering ( Electrical Engineering) .
+7 years' experience.
Working under stress.

Strong verbal, written and speaking Arabic and English.
